Menus can be tailored to suit individual tastes and needs but are centered round original hand-prepared ingredients and organic produce to create authentic home-cooking for tables big or small. Spices are all hand prepared and argan oil (unique to Morocco and known for its aromatic flavour and medicinal properties) is widely used. Joseph uses no butter and the dishes are subsequently very light and well suited to a European palate
All dietary requirements can be taken care of including kosher and halal
